How do I sign up for your services?
You can click here to sign up online. Simply fill out our online form and we will activate your account once approved. This takes no more than one business day at the most, much earlier most times.

How soon will my package be delivered to my front door in Trinidad?
You will receive your package within 1-3 business days of your items getting to our warehouse in Miami Florida. Delivery to more distant areas (not limited to: Toco, Manzanilla, Mayaro, La Brea, Cedros, Sangre Grande etc.) will be based on a scheduled basis arranged by both parties. In these instances, you may be required to meet our courier at a mutually convenient mid-point to receive your packages, or we can deliver to a location which is within our core delivery areas. We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays. Saturday delivery is done periodically. If your package is of an urgent or emergency nature, we can deliver based on reasonable notice request.

If I receive an incorrect or damaged item, can I return it to the U.S. using Fetch?
Yes you can. You will have to notify the seller/vendor of the item(s) and confirm the return of the item. Package the item properly for shipment back to Miami and we will collect from you and return to our office in Miami. We will then have your package returned to sender. The cost of returns depends on the size and weight of the item(s).

Does Fetch provide insurance for packages and other cargo?
Yes we do. Insurance can be provided on specific items (meaning not all items) and is based on the type of item, and it's value. If you wish to insure particular incoming items, please feel free to communicate with us and we will take care of you.

How do I calculate an estimated cost of shipping my package?
Click here to use our shipping fee calculator to get an estimated cost of shipping your package. We charge actual weight once your cargo/packages fit into our secured cargo bags. Our cargo bags are quite large and measure 5ft x 4ft. Volumetric weight in pounds, using dimensions in inches is calculated using the formula (L x B x H)/ 166

Can I collect my packages at the Fetch Office?
Yes you certainly can. If you live in an area which we do not deliver to or if you simply just prefer to, you may collect your packages at our Fetch Office which is centrally located in Chaguanas.

How do I shop online if I do not know how/I do not have a credit card?
You can use our Fetch Shopping Concierge service. It's very simple. Just send us the web links to the items you want to purchase to support@fetchcouriers.com. We will promptly send you the final price for the items via email, and once you confirm the order, we will purchase your items using our credit card. When the items arrive in Trinidad you can collect at our office, or we can have it delivered to you.

Are there any items I am prohibited from shipping?
There are certain items which are prohibited from being shipped via air freight with Fetch Couriers Ltd. Click here for a list of restricted items.

Do you offer a mail/ magazine delivery service?
Currently we do not ship mail, however magazines are permitted. This is because of the large amount of junk mail that is received at our Miami office from various online merchants. If you have a specific documents you wish to send to your Fetch SKYBox, please feel free to do so.

What form of payment do you accept?
We accept cash (US$ or TT$), payment by LINX, cheque or credit card.

What will my invoice from Fetch Couriers Ltd. include?
Your invoice will include: Freight, Custom Duties (if applicable), VAT charged by Customs & Excise (if applicable), Handling fee and Courtesy fee.

Is there any limit to the size of package I can ship?
There is no limit to the actual weight or size. Essentially our carrier has stated that if it can fit, it can fly. For oversized or unusually large or heavy cargo, please call us to assist you. We are equipped to handle large bulk items in our warehouse, thus commercial shipments are welcome.

Can I track my packages?
Yes, you can track your packages from our Miami warehouse to your front door on our website using your Fetch customer number (this is your username) and password. Visit our website and use your login information to track your packages from our Miami warehouse to your front door.

Do you deliver to all locations in Trinidad?
We do deliver to most areas within Trinidad. Unfortunately we will not deliver to areas listed below. We will make alternative delivery arrangements for customers in these areas.
